Return & Cancellation Policy for Silver & Imitation Jewellery

At Sri Arts & Crafts, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes returns or cancellations may be necessary. Please review our policy below for details on how we handle returns and cancellations.

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately at sriarts.craft@gmail.com or +91-7023389651, and we will process the cancellation and provide a full refund.

  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may return the product in accordance with our Return Policy.

2. Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within the following guidelines:

General Return Conditions

  • Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
  • Condition of Items: The items must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, earrings and certain imitation jewellery may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required to process your return.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sriarts.craft@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged during delivery, or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
  4. Refunds or Exchanges: Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. If you choose an exchange, we will send the replacement item(s) once the return is processed.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (unless defective or damaged)
  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly provide a full refund, exchange, or a repair at no extra cost, depending on the nature of the issue.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds for returns will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. If you are returning an item due to our mistake, we will also refund the return shipping costs.

4. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within the return window. Exchanged items must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns (unused, unworn, original packaging). Exchange requests will be processed once the original item has been returned and inspected.

5. Return Exceptions for Imagination Jewellery

Imitation jewellery, by its nature, may have slight variations in color, size, and appearance due to manufacturing processes. We do not consider these variations as defects, so returns will not be accepted for such reasons. If you are unsure about a product, please contact us before purchasing, and we will be happy to assist with any inquiries.
